From a young age, Bob was immersed in the world of home improvement while working with his father, Bill Goess of Bill Goess Siding & Windows. Under his father's guidance, Bob didn't just learn one trade—he worked for many different tradesmen by his father’s recommendation, gaining well-rounded experience across all aspects of construction. From roofing and framing to finishing work, this exposure provided Bob with a deep and practical understanding of what it takes to bring a home renovation to life.

Today, Bob leads the company alongside his wife Jen, whose passion for perfection and keen eye for detail keep the business running smoothly. Jen plays a central role in day-to-day operations and ensures that every project is organized, on track, and held to the highest standards.
